Grupo SADA was ahead of the demands of an increasingly demanding market and in 1994 was one of the first European companies to implement a quality assurance system in all of its processing plants, and at present all of them are certified under the Global Standard for Food Safety published by the BRC (British Retail Consortium), SGS being the certification entity of such standard.

Our processing plants are equipped with the most state-of-the-art technology, using slaughtering systems that combine the absence of animal suffering with excellence in raw material quality.

Our modern facilities for processing and cutting chicken carcasses are equipped with powerful refrigeration facilities that allows us to maintain our product at a suitable and favourable storage temperature, which is the basis for ensuring the perfect condition of our products at the time of distribution. Strict hygiene, cleaning and disinfection programmes allow us to ensure and guarantee a prolonged service life, as demonstrated by our weekly microbiological checks.
