Cutting, processing and packaging

Cutting: Once slaughtered and cooled, the product has three destinations:

  • Carcasses, which will be packaged in different formats for their destination, the market.
  • Without breaking the cold chain, the meat is chopped and selected, either to be distributed in different establishments or to be turned into a processed product.

Processing: The meat is transformed, becoming one of 200 references of processed products.

Packaging: The default checks in the appearance of the products allow us to detect and prevent incidents from happening and therefore achieve a high level in the presentation of our products to the consumer. All this in conjunction with the implemented traceability system (which, by means of a certain end product, allows the source farms to be specified) enables us to offer the end consumer a very high level of quality and food safety.
